ATTORNEY JOHN P. He is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is also a former professional baseball player with the Houston Astros Organization and has represented professional athletes in the area of sports law and contract law. Attorney Sanderson represents high net-worth individuals and their families, owners of closely held businesses, and numerous financial and charitable institutions. He also volunteers his time to represent indigent former professional baseball players through the Association of Professional Baseball Players of America. ATTORNEY JOHN P. SANDERSON, III, joined the law firm as an attorney in 2008 and concentrates in the areas of Civil Litigation, Wills and Trusts, Estate Administration, and Real Estate Transactions as well as Civil and Orphan’s Court Litigation. Attorney Sanderson is a graduate of Widener University School of Law and was a recipient of a Merit Scholarship and was a finalist in the First-year Moot Court competition. He also was named to the Widener University School of Law Dean’s List during the Fall of 2004 and the Fall of 2005. He graduated from the University of Scranton in 2002. While at Scranton, he played on the golf team and baseball team and was the sports editor for the University student newspaper, The Aquinas. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the Lackawanna County Bar Association, the Luzerne County Bar Association, the United States Middle District Court of Pennsylvania, and the American Bar Association. In 2012, Attorney Sanderson began serving as an Arbitrator in the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas.

Attorney Sanderson is a graduate of Widener University School of Law and was a recipient of a Widener Law Merit Scholarship for his academic achievements. While attending Widener School of Law, Attorney Sanderson was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Employment Discrimination Law. He was also named to the Widener University School of Law Dean’s Honors List during the Fall of 2006 and the Spring of 2009. Additionally, he graduated from Seton Hall University in 2005 where he was a recipient of a golf scholarship and served as golf team captain.
